While not all problems can be identified through this process, most will — and fixes are usually quick to follow.
If your computer is checked in, a minimum $20 diagnostic fee will apply. In cases where complicated disassembly or extended testing is required, this fee can go as high as $75 — but we’ll warn you if we believe that may happen. Diagnostic fees are usually waived if a paid repair is completed.
